Important Information
- Non-resident access is strictly for guests aged 16 and over.
- Resident children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and are not permitted to use the gym, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.
Spa & Leisure Rules
- All visits must be pre-booked.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
- Please shower before entering the pool or spa facilities.
- No running, diving or rough play.
- No glassware in the pool or spa areas.
- Mobile phones are not permitted within the spa and pool areas to protect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect the relaxation of others.
- Guests with medical conditions, heart conditions, high blood pressure or who are pregnant should seek medical advice before using the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone not following the rules.
- All facilities are used at the guest's own risk.
