Booking Terms & Policies

Booking & Payment

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all lodges.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • A refundable housekeeping bond of £180 is required for every booking. This will be refunded in full within 24 hours of check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.

 

Pets

  • A £32.50 pet fee per stay applies for pet-friendly lodges only.
  • A clean pet bed and blanket will be provided for guests who do not wish to bring their own.
  • Guests must inform us in advance of the type and size of their pet. Pets are not permitted in non-pet lodges.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival receive a refund minus a £100 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a £50 administration fee.
  • Guests who fail to cancel or do not arrive will forfeit the full amount paid.
  • To cancel, please notify us both by email and phone using the contact information on our website.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: after 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: before 10:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

 

Damages & Housekeeping Bond

  • The £180 bond covers potential damages or missing items.
  • Any loss or damage beyond the bond amount may be invoiced separately.
  • Please report any issues immediately to the reception team upon arrival.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your cancellation is confirmed or after the housekeeping bond inspection.

 

General Policies

  • Smoking is not permitted inside any lodge.
  • Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • All guests agree to respect the property, animals, and environment during their stay.
